In short, bond funding is becoming an increasingly mainstream for leasing companies and is competing with bank lending. Thus, according to Expert RA, cited by Kommersant, the share of bank loans in the funding of lessors has decreased since 2018 by 5.5%, and the share of bonds has grown by 5.6%. So far, the changes in shares still look like a statistical error, but with the exchange infrastructure developing, and this makes the process directional.
